BTS Ratchathewi

Ratchathewi BTS Station is a skytrain station on the Bangkok's Sukhumvit Line in Ratchathewi District. The station is located on Phaya Thai Road, just south of Ratchathewi Junction on Phetchaburi Road, just a few minutes walking to Pratunam area that is the epicentre of wholesale clothing and street fashion. A skybridge links the station to Asia Hotel, where the Calypso Cabaret Shows are held. Escalators and stairs link it to a recently created lively area known as Co-Co Walk, which includes several relatively low cost restaurants, rows of fun Thai-style pubs with live music, used mostly by the locals, and a few software vendors. Ratchathewi is also the closest BTS Station to reach the Pantip Plaza, the well-known electronics mall, as well as the Platinum Fashion Mall and the famous Pratunam Market.
