ARL Ratchaprarop

Ratchaprarop ARL Station is a station of ARL City Line on Thanon Phaya Thai, and it is located next to the intersection with Ratchaprarop Road in Ratchathewi District. The station is side by side with the homonymous Railway Station on the Eastern Line of SRT, State Railway of Thailand, which runs from Bangkok to Arayaphathet. Just in front of station, there is the vertiginous skyscraper of Baiyoke Sky Hotel. The Baiyoke Tower was opened in 1997 as Thailand’s tallest building but it lost its leadership in August 2016, when was opened the MahaNakhon skyscraper, however, with its 309 meters high, 1,014 ft, it is the tallest hotel in Southeast Asia and the seventh tallest hotel structure in the world.
