Haad Takhian

Haad Takhian is a pristine beach in the southwest coast of Koh Kood. The beautiful white beach is about a kilometer long and is lined by coconut trees refleting on crystal clear waters.The coastline has several rock formations outcropping in the sand, where they are more numerous divide the beach into two distinct sides. The surrounding sea and its beautiful coral reefs are often the favoutite destination of the dive boats. The facilities are limited to two resorts of midrange price placed in the north of the beach. To reach Haad Takhian follow the road that runs along the south-western part of the island, a couple of kilometers after Ao Bang Bao turn right into the concrete road leading to another intersection, the road in right leads to Ao Takhian, while the road in the left leads to Ao Klong Hin.Read More
