MRT Chatuchak Park

Chatuchak Park MRT Station is a subway station on the Blue Line of MRT, Metropolitan Rapid Transit, the underground rapid transit system serving the centre of Bangkok. Located under the southern part of Chatuchak Park, between Phahonyothin Road and Kamphaeng Phet 3 Road, it is one of the busiest Bangkok's subway stations, especially during the weekend, due to its proximity to world-famous Chatuchak Weekend Market, the station puts you right at its doorstep. Chatuchak is the largest market in Thailand and one of the world's largest weekend markets. It is estimated that each day, in an average weekend, over than 200,000 visitors come here to browse through the merchandise on offer, a good number of visitors use the subway station to get here. MRT Chatuchak Park is also the interchange station with the Sukhumvit Line of Bangkok's Skytrain, the Mo Chit BTS Station is located just a hundred meters to the south, and the closest subway station to the New Mo Chit Bus Terminal, the Bangkok's busiest bus station that connects the capital to the most popular tourist destinations in Thailand.
