Bang Son MRT Station is an elevated station on the Purple Line of Bangkok's Metropolitan Rapid Transit system. This line of MRT runs from south to north-west, between Tao Poon, about 1 Km to north of Dusit district, and Khlong Bang Phai Station, in the adjacent Nonthaburi Province. Opened to service on 6 August 2016, the station is located on Bangkok-Nonthaburi Road in Bang Sue District. In the future, it will provide transfers to SRT Light Red Line at Bang Son Station, and the State Railway of Thailand at Bang Son Halt.
