Route 66

Opened since 1996, ROUTE 66 Nightclub has become an institution in Royal City Avenue, the Bangkok's most popular nightlife area. Much appreciated by university students and the young Thais, it is also very popular among foreign citizens. Open seven nights a week from 20:00 to 02:00, the club features four distinctive zones. From Sunday to Thursday there are two dancing rooms for guests to choose from. There is a Hip Hop Zone, where the DJs make their performance playing Top 40 Hip Hop, commercial dance hits and R’n’B, and a Live Zone with three or four bands playing popular Thai Pop and Rock. On Friday and Saturday, are opened the additional rooms which playing house, trance, electronic music and Thai pop. There is also an open-air outside area along the building, equivalent in size to the inside area. Access to Route 66 is free for Thai citizens, while for foreigners there is a 300 bath fee including a drink. More
