Water Library is a well-known French restaurant located on Chamchuri Square in the Silom area. Established in 2009 by a global publisher and local wine and water importer, Mr. Pote Lee, Water Library is one of the pioneers for Thailand’s fine dining restaurant serving Modern European cuisine led by chef de cuisine Mirco Keller. Water Library's signature is its cylindrical design completed with a giant tower of water bottles floor-to-ceiling in the centre, every detail of this flagship branch is attributed to the refined taste of the founder himself: from design, cuisine to service. The venue essentially offers French haute cuisine, with plenty of the classic and even non-traditional French ingredients such as Foie gras, Maine lobster, Duck, Wagyu beef tenderloin, Scallops, Chilean seabass, Scottish salmon, French cheeses and Pigeon.
