About Chef Massimo:
Born in Venice, from the age of 15, Massimo dedicated himself completely to the noble art of being a chef.
After the first years of apprentice in Italy, he travelled the world acquiring extensive experiences. Arriving in Thailand 20 years ago where his curriculum has enriched itself working in high-ends Hotels & Restaurants like Le Meridien Phuket, Siam City Hotel and Sheraton on Bangkok's river, Giusto Fine Dining and Ducati café.
Now Massimo is showcasing his signature "Italian cuisine" at Kudo Italian Restaurant, dedicating himself to keep and enrich the genuine and traditional flavours of italy.
