served with truffled potato salad, honey-mustard-dill sauce and horseradish cream. Cepe mushroom cream soup with roasted parma ham & truffle oil. Baked puff pastry parcel filled with a ragout of duckling breast portobello mushrooms, goose liver served with light marsala sauce. Pineapple-coconut sorbet.
