Menu - Appetizer: “Duo of salmon”: Home cured salmon (gravlax) and Norwegian smoked salmon served with truffled potato salad honey-mustard-dill sauce and horseradish cream. Cepe mushroom cream soup with roasted Parma ham and truffle oil. Main Course: Traditional roasted turkey with chestnut-apple-raisin stuffing, red cabbage brussel sprouts and roasted potato. Desserts: Traditional English Christmas pudding with brandy sauce or Honey-almond parfait in caramel sauce served with forest fruit compote and fresh berries. Freshly brewed Coffee or Tea Friandises, Christmas cookies, Swiss chocolates.
