Located at Tambon Kao Yai of Phetchaburi province, the Premium Outlet Village Cha-am is one of the biggest shopping complexes in the area. The outlet mall is strategically situated along the Thanon Phetkasem, the Highway N° 3 leading to Bangkok, approximately 38 kilometres north of Hau Hin downtown. It was one of first of its kind opened in Thailand by Outlet Mall Company Limited, whose business concept is to create a channel of distribution with several retail outlets to distribute out-of-date stock to end user at bargain prices all year round, with daily discounts ranging from 10% to 70%. How to get there: the outlet is situated along Thanon Phetkasem, the Highway N° 3 leading to Bangkok, in Tambon Kao Yai of Phetchaburi province, approximately 40 minutes drive from Hau Hin centre.
