ReFood Forum at Bo.lan Restaurant

ReFood is a two-day forum exploring waste and sustainability in the food industry in Asia. The event will involve multiple disciplines, including food anthropologists, scholars, farmers, chefs, scientists and food historians. By bringing the food industries together and encouraging cooperation and communication, {Re} aims to promote sounder ecological sustainability, strengthen culinary knowledge and stimulate pride and knowledge of endemic and artisanal foods.
